Pastor and Sis. Cupoli are the senior pastor and wife of the United Pentecostal Church of El Monte for over 30 years. All three of their children were raised in this church and are now actively involved in areas of ministry.
They are also founders of the El Monte Christian Academy started in 1981. Berni Cupoli is the administrator and Pastor Cupoli is the principal. They also coordinate the Men and Women's ministry.
They are both very active in district-wide leadership roles. Sis. Cupoli is the Ladies Ministries Secretary and Pastor Cupoli is involved in Christian education and is the sectional secretary. Pastor Cupoli is also in the El Monte City Ministerial Association. |

Rev. Fernando Chacon is the Spanish Ministry director of the United Pentecostal Church of El Monte. Our local town has a rich latin culture and this couple plays a crucial role for Spanish-speaking church services.
Rev. Fernando Chacon is fluent in the Spanish language. He also gives Home Bible Studies in the Spanish language. All english church services are translated into spanish.
His wife, Sis. Brenda Chacon is the Executive Secretary to both Pastor and Sis. Cupoli and to the El Monte Christian Academy. |

Scott Cupoli learned how to play the drums and piano at an early age. Today he and his wife Adina are heavily involved in the music ministry. Scott heads up the Men's Bible study and assists his dad in ministering in the church.
Introducing new music, updating this website, and repairing computers around the church and school are a couple of his other duties.
Adina Cupoli is originally from Sacramento where she was raised in the church as a Pastor's Daughter. She is the Sunday School Choir Director, Praise Singer Coordinator and the Church Projector Coordinator.
Adina also assists Sis. Cupoli in any projects that come up. |

Eric and Kristin Batman are the Sunday School Ministers of the United Pentecostal Church of El Monte. Eric hales from Minnesota where as a young boy, he took an active role in Sunday School.
Kristi assists her husband in making sure our church has the best Sunday School possible.
The goal of our Sunday School Department is to saturate the entire city of El Monte for children who would otherwise not be introduced to the truth of salvation. |

Nathan and Brenda Cupoli are the Youth Ministers of the UPC of El Monte for young people ages 12-34 (unmarried). Both of these young adults grew up as young people in our church, therefore, their expertise is home grown.
Many activities are offered to the young people of our church including regular services, recreation and outings. Nathan is also involved with assisting his dad, Pastor Cupoli, in ministering to the local church.
Brenda Cupoli is the Jr/Sr High Supervisor of our Christian School (El Monte Christian Academy). She is also involved in the Music Ministry and is the Children's Ministry coordinator. She also assists Sis. Cupoli in many other projects. |

Fred and Renie Madrid are also heavily involved in the music ministry. Renie began attending UPC Of El Monte at the age of 11. Fred is an awesome drummer for our church as well as our section.
Together they head up a very necessary Outreach Ministry with activities that involve the city of El Monte, and making sure our community is aware of our church. Every visitor receives a personal letter from our church through their ministry.
Renie has also taken on the role of Prayer Coordinator. This includes the scheduling of monthly family prayer and 24 hour prayer chains. She is assisted by her brother David Martinez. |

Barbara Goodman is the Publicity Director of the United Pentecostal Church of El Monte. Making sure special activities such as Ladies Conferences, church directories and banquets are planned and executed is Sis.Barbara's responsibilities.
She is also the Director of our Greeters Ministry making sure there are greeters available for every service to greet not only visitors but members of our church.
Assisted by her daughter Cheryl Falcon, Sis. Barbara works very closely with Sis. Cupoli for any special projects. |

Cheryl Falcon assists her mom, Barbara Goodman, in the Outreach Ministry of our church.
She is very spirited and we are blessed to have such a motivated individual. |

Carmen Cervantes is the Missions Director of the United Pentecostal Church of El Monte.
This woman of God has a sincere burden for Missions and has been a pillar of the United Pentecostal Church of El Monte for over 30 years.
We can't say enough about her and are blessed to have her. |

Carlos and Sandra Castro are also heavily involved in the Music department and are the Assistant Spanish Ministers. Won to God from the Spanish-speaking community of El Monte through Sunday School,
Sandra has a tremendous burden for the Spanish-speaking people. Along with her husband, Carlos, they minister through anointed music, worship and teaching to the Spanish ministry of our church.
The english congregation is blessed by the Spanish choir conducted by this fine couple. |
